Shipping to anywhere in the USA and Canada costs $10. Shipping to Europe costs $20. Larger orders or shipping to other destinations may cost more. Please contact us for more information about shipping.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
This return policy only applies for items purchased from www.praxis-electronics.com. If you've purchased our products from an authorized reseller, please contact them for exchanges and returns.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date, with proof of purchase.
All returned items must be in new, unused condition in their original unaltered box, and must include all packing material, manuals and accessories, otherwise they will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Praxis Electronics offers a limited warranty of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year after original purchase from an authorized reseller.
Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or equivalent model.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
You will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs.
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two (2) business days of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org.
This limited warranty does not cover any damage from normal wear and tear, incorrect power supply voltage, power surges, unusual physical or electrical stress, alteration, modification, improper use, excessive heat or cold, or any other causes determined by us to be the fault of the user. Normal service rates will apply for repairs.

We are not responsible for any damage resulting from the sale or use of any products bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
